Welcome to the Grants 101 Online Course  operated by Jacquelynn Nzingha Byrd. By accessing or enrolling in this Course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Course.

1. Course Access and Enrollment

• The Course is available to registered users who have completed the enrollment process and made the required payment, if applicable.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enroll.

• Access to the Course is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

• Course fees, if applicable, must be paid in full before access is granted.

• There are no Refunds.

• Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in loss of access to the Course.

3. Intellectual Property

• All Course content, including but not limited to text, videos, worksheets, templates, and materials, is the intellectual property of Jacquelynn Nzingha Byrd.

• You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute Course materials without prior written permission.

• Violations may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

By participating in the Course, you agree to:
